When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to purchase goods subject to these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Pricing

All prices are in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Payment Methods

Payment is taken at the time of order placement. Your card will be charged when we confirm your order.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging we’ve received your order. This is not an acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch your goods, at which point a contract is formed.

We ship to most regions worldwide, excluding Asia and certain remote areas. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Delivery Responsibilities

Once goods are delivered to your specified address, responsibility for the products passes to you. Please inspect deliveries immediately upon receipt. Report any damage during transit within 48 hours of delivery.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate delivery information
• Being available to accept delivery or providing appropriate instructions
• Any additional customs, duties, or taxes that may apply to international orders

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our returns policy carefully.

Returns Timeframe

You may return most unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used:

• Flooring Underlays & Foam Underlay (hygiene reasons)
• Installation Tools & Door Bars (safety reasons)
• Scotia Beading that has been cut to size or removed from its original packaging
• Any product that has been installed, used, or is not in its original condition

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Email our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order, including your order number and reason for return.
2. Wait for approval and a Returns Authorisation (RA) number with instructions (within 2 business days).
3. Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all documentation.
4. Ship the package to our returns address: Flooring Home Shop Returns Department, 32 St Thomas’ St, Sunderland, GB SR2F 7CM, using a tracked service.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment processor may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, follow the standard returns process. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will ship the new item. Standard shipping charges apply for the replacement item.

As our valued customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and placing orders
• Check product specifications and suitability before purchasing
• Follow installation guidelines and use appropriate safety equipment
• Inspect products upon delivery and report issues promptly
• Use products only for their intended purpose

Flooring Home Shop’s liability for any claim relating to any product sold is limited to the purchase price of that product.

We are not liable for:

• Incorrect installation or improper use of products
• Color variations between actual products and website images
• Natural variations in wood products
• Consequential damages resulting from product use
• Delivery delays beyond our reasonable control

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our site, you consent to such processing.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
