- Free Shipping: Available on orders over ยฃ50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Our Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns Timeframe
You may return most unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the safety, hygiene, and quality of our specialised products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used:
- Flooring Underlays & Foam Underlay (for hygiene reasons).
- Installation Tools & Door Bars (for safety reasons).
- Scotia Beading that has been cut to size or removed from its original packaging.
- Any product that has been installed, used, or is not in its original condition.
Step-by-Step Return Process
Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Submit a Request: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Returns Authorisation (RA) number and instructions within 2 business days.
- Pack the Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all documentation and accessories.
- Ship the Items: Send the package to the address provided in your returns instructions. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your peace of mind. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Inspection and Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the returned items. Upon approval, your refund or exchange will be processed.
